New Data-driven AI-Recommender makes full initial debut in London
Aggregator and platform Groove has reported that several operators in their cluster have already seen the benefits provided by their enhanced B2B-Recommender which was previewed at SiGMA late last year and launched in its first full iteration during ICE2023 in London.
The new data-driven AI-Recommender tool enables operators with multiple brands to have a unique lobby for each brand based on key metrics. Casino management has access to the data from the 'Recommender' to tailor content as well as being exposed to automatic suggestions from the technology based on patterns detected by the AI.
The company has also announced a new distribution agreement that was struck at ICE with CT Interactive. Through this agreement, the innovative portfolio of CT Interactive will become available via Groove's platform.
